We spoke with Beth Meyer Synagogues Executive Director Jonathan Wertheim to learn more about the congregations history and his and others hopes for its next 150 years. Stefanie Shapiro our Camp Youth Family Manager was selected as one of the 13 JCC professionals for the 13th cohort of the Merrin Teen Professional Fellowship a 12month program designed for JCC professionals who work directly with teenagers in Jewish Community Centers and Camps across the continent. The Greater Raleigh area has a fastgrowing Hindu and Indian community and the Jewish Federation of Greater Raleigh is working with them on common interests.
