Upower provides free fitness, health and wellness classes to underserved teens in King County, WA. Our classes are fun, dynamic and made for all fitness levels. Upower is a Seattle-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that builds positive relationships through trauma-informed coaching using movement and play to empower and educate youth who are underserved.
