To advance the safe, effective and compassionate practice of cardiovascular medicine in North Central Wisconsin the care foundation promotes the understanding of cardiovascular disease and improves treatment options by 1) conducting investigations and studies to discover, develop or verify the causes, diagnosis, treatment, prevention and control of cardiovascular disease 2) planning and sponsoring continuing medical education for health care workers 3) providing education opportunities.
