To this end we believe that visually impaired persons can contribute to society and lead productive and independent lives with dignity. Announcing the 2024 NCCB Scholarship Winners. At this years NCCB State Convention two worthy candidates were awarded scholarships as they were chosen as most deserving out of a large group of North Carolina students.
