Mersana Therapeutics recently presented new data on their antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) XMT-1660 that targets a protein called B7-H4. The data, focusing on patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma showed that 56% (5 out of 9) of patients experienced tumor shrinkage of more than 30%. The clinical trial (NCT05377996) is still open in twenty-two US locations.
