NEWS Utah State Legislature Passes DAO Amendments On March 1st 2023 the Utah State Legislature passed the DAO Amendments which implement the proposition of the COALA Model Law on DAOs and bestow unregisteredunwrapped DAOs treatment equivalent to that of LLCs so long as they fulfill certain requirements.
