Linden Hills Chamber Orchestra Twin citiesbased community orchestra The Linden Hills Chamber Orchestra began in 1980 through efforts of Linden Hills area residents in conjunction with Minneapolis Public Schools Community Education. Now in its 42nd season the adult volunteer orchestra has grown to some 50 musicians from the Twin Cities metropolitan area. The LHCO performs a variety of classical music in concert halls neighborhood churches and parks as well as in residential care facilities in Minnesota. Under the direction of Conductor and Music Director Yuri Ivan the orchestra presents free public concerts and outdoor bandshell concerts in MayJune.
