Founder: @Marjorie_M Yes She Can helps autistic individuals and others with learning differences develop transferable job skills through professional coaching in a real business setting. More than 80% of adults with autism are not in the workforce. Participants in our program seek employment, greater independence, and the opportunity to fulfill their potential. Trainees are taught all the business processes needed to operate Girl AGain, a resale boutique for American Girl dolls. They are coached on problem-solving, workplace behaviors, social interactions, and emotional regulation. Coaches have expertise in autism and business. Peer models work side by side with trainees. Yes She Can also educates the community and employers on the capabilities of adults with autism, modeling acceptance and inclusion.
