We are a foster-based rescue dedicated to saving homeless, abandoned or unwanted animals in danger of death, abuse or neglect. We place animals in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing an animal into their homes and lives. Animals in our care receive all age-appropriate veterinary care and are placed in caring foster homes while they await placement in their forever homes. Our rescue remains interested in and committed to the welfare of the animal beyond the adoption process. Virtually every dollar taken in goes directly to the care of the animals.

~Adoptable Toucan Dan 💙~ Handsome Dan, is a spunky, adorable, sweet, energetic, one year old boy who loves to cuddle. Dan was adopted from our rescue in May of 2024 at about 3 months old when no concerning behaviors were observed. Dan was surrendered back to rescue when he was about 6 months old for play and biting that was escalating to a point of being more intense than typical puppy behavior.
