While changing the world is daunting helping your neighbor is second nature. Throughout our community neighbors are helping neighbors stay in their homes regain stability and achieve homeownership. It was on this premise that Neighbor to Neighbor was founded in 1970 when Fort Collins neighbors banded together to prevent a family from losing their home. In the same neighborly spirit today we carry forward this tradition of lending a hand in a time of need now helping more than 5000 neighbors achieve preserve and sustain their own homes each year.
