Meet Irish – A Deserving Dog Still Waiting for Her Happy Ending Irish was heartbreakingly left behind when her owners moved away without her. Thankfully, a few kind neighbors noticed, fed her and reached out for help. One of our dedicated volunteers brought food and went to check on her—and to her surprise, Irish had just given birth to a litter of puppies in the doghouse on the porch. We quickly put out a call for a foster, and Linda and Mike generously stepped up. Once her puppies were old enough to be placed, we began focusing on her medical needs. Despite her sweet nature, Irish was sadly overlooked for adoption time and time again. Irish is a senior girl that tested positive for heartworms, but she faced every challenge with quiet strength. She’s now fully vetted, heartworm-free, and more than ready for a forever home. This gentle soul simply wants a soft bed, a loving family, and a place to call her own. Her adoption fee is waived, and we’re asking everyone to please share her story. Help us give Irish the “Happy Tail Ending” she’s waited so long for. Please share to help us get her a home.
