PROJECT HEALING WATERS FLY FISHING IS DEDICATED TO THE CRUCIAL WORK OF PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL REHABILITATION OF DISABLED, ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY PERSONNEL AND VETERANS THROUGH FLY FISHING OUTINGS AND FLY TYING EDUCATION.
