Our Mission The Bill Kent Family Foundation employs Christian traditions and is committed to democratic values and social justice including fairness diversity and community. We seek to The Bill Kent Family Foundation spearheaded the Every Child a Swimmer Legislation which will require starting with the 2022 school year that every school provides parents with both water safety information and a list of local resources where they can have their child learn to swim. This is part of the International Swimming Hall of Fames ISHOF mission to promote Every Child A Swimmer and prevent childhood drownings.
