Victorious Community Development (VCD) is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation whose mission is to provide education, training, and economic opportunities that will transform and improve the well-being and lives of individuals and families of Saginaw Community. VCD is dedicated to building strong, collaborative participatory and civic engaged, safe, healthy, food secure, and resilient communities; empowering families and individuals; bolstering children and youth; and transforming lives.
