PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON THE RISK OF ALCOHOL RELATED PROBLEMS FOR SOCIETY. PROMOTE EDUCATIONAL AND TRADE INFORMATION TO THE GENERAL MEMBERSHIP.
