FCA PROVIDES SUPPORT SERVICES THAT ADDRESS EDUCATIONAL NEEDS, BEHAVIORAL AND MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, SUBSTANCE ABUSE EDUCATION AND TREATMENT, AS WELL AS ALTERNATIVE LIVING ARRANGEMENTS.
