Suffolk Art League unlocks the Gateway to the Arts The mission of this League is (1) To function as a community-oriented fine arts organization dedicated to making the arts accessible to the people of Suffolk and the surrounding communities. (2) To partner with the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in bringing education in the arts to all Virginians. SAL accomplishes this mission by providing classes, workshops, exhibits, films, lectures, scholarships, and performances to League members, the school systems, citizens and visitors
