Gratia Servo is organization dedicated to improving access to primary emergency and surgical care in rural locations. We work to equip facilities and educate healthcare professionals in rural settings to be self-sufficient and not rely on foreign aid. Over the past year we have assisted the Albertine Hospital in rural Uganda an effort to obtain a diesel generator for reliable energy generation expand the hospital ward to include new patient rooms and delivery rooms expand hospital living quarters and sanitation facilities obtain patient monitoring equipment and neonatal incubator.

Rural International Medicine | Gratia Servo Gratia Servo IMPROVING ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE VISION Were Helping the Developing World Develop Emergency Care Not dying from trivial injuries is something most of us take for granted. Without access to emergency care traumas and troubles in childbirth can quickly turn deadly. EDUCATION Foreign doctors and nurses are helpful in the communities of Uganda and Madagascar but the end goal of Gratia Servo is to educate and equip healthcare professionals and their communities to the point that they are self sustaining and foreign help is no longer needed. EQUIPMENT Modern medicine requires modern equipment.
