Neighbors identified the man seen abusing the bulldog on Ring camera footage. He’s homeless, living in a tent on the corner of Nadeau St and Alameda St near the Sinclair gas station, often washing windows for money. They say this is a new dog—he’s always with different dogs! This bulldog was seen on a Ring camera being slammed to the ground and kicked in the face—right after giving birth. She’s disoriented, scared, and searching for her babies, wandering near 2023 Nadeau St, Los Angeles, CA 90001, where someone dumped her near some tires in an alley on April 8th.
