PAAC is a 501 (c) 3 based in Charleston, WV. While PAAC serves all communities, it intentionally targ PAAC IS AN ASSOCIATION OF CHURHCES FOCUSING ON COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT AND INDIVIDUAL WELL-BEING WHICH INVOLVES BOTH POLICY CHANGE AND PROGRAMMATIC IMPLEMENTATION. PROGRAM AREAS ARE EDUCATION, HEALTH, AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION, INTERVENTION AND RECOVERY.
