During the Spring 2025 BGS Leadership Conference Series at Northern Kentucky University, students stepped into executive roles to lead a simulated international expansion for GlobalShop. Their challenge? Develop and present a high-level strategy that balanced cultural sensitivity, ethical leadership, and stakeholder engagement under tight time constraints.
