Image of The Gatekeepers Collective Board The Gatekeepers Collective operates as a selfreclamation center where participants commit to unlearning internalized racial and sexual oppression integrating their multiple identities aligning with their leadership potential and becoming proactive change agents in their communities. TGC employs a revitalization process where education advocacy and ritual are used to support resilience and leadership among this population. Resilience refers to a dynamic process in which people build and tap their resourcefulness natural strengths and talents to adapt to resist or recover from adversity and maintain wellbeing.
