The mission of the News Sentinel Empty Stocking Fund (ESF) is to provide food and toys to disadvantaged East Tennesseans during the holidays. The 2024 ESF Distribution Day will be on Saturday, December 21 at the Jacob Building at Chilhowee Park. Applications will be available in November through the CAC and volunteer opportunities will open in September. Donations are accepted all year! Provide food baskets to low-income families in the Knoxville, TN area at Christmastime.
