We strive to provide an ongoing, proactive administrative structure that will meet the needs of neighborhood sustainment and governance.

Pendleton Heights Kansas City Neighborhood Association - Home WELCOME TO PENDLETON HEIGHTS Positively Urban Uniquely Eclectic Pendleton Heights is a downtown neighborhood that boasts Kansas Citys first Boulevard three city parks one of only two nationallylisted urban scenic byways and the largest collection of true Victorian homes in the city. In 2013 This Old House Magazine cited Pendleton Heights as one of their Best Old House Neighborhoods in the U. S. but our enclave is so more than great architecture and rich history.
