EIN: 46-1295538 Our mission is to restore families by inspiring, challenging, and equipping men to become more effective fathers, husbands, and leaders in our communities. The Choose to Change foundation is dedicated to fighting against fatherlessness, drug addiction, and family violence. The truth is, there is no easy way to combating the challenges our society faces today. We provide a relationship-based support system to anyone who is serious about changing their life around.
