Shannon Rowbury, a 3-time Olympian who spent a decade ranked top 10 in the world for track and field. In 2018, while still competing, Shannon had her first child. The pressure to return to the track quickly after giving birth led to a stress fracture. This experience ignited her passion for change. "We needed better policies so our female athletes could have both a family and a career," Shannon said. Shannon now helps women get the information they need to stay physically and mentally healthy during pregnancy and after giving birth.
