THE PROJECT IS DESIGNED TO BE OPERATED AS A RESIDENTIAL CARE APARTMENT COMPLEX (RCAC) IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 50-034 OF THE WISCONSIN STATUTES AND CHAPTER 89 OF THE WISCONSIN ADMINISTRATIVE CODE. THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY WAS ISSUED ON JANUARY 31, 2001.
