CLSAR is a K-9 SAR unit based in Minnesota that responds across the upper Midwest at the request of lawful agencies to help find missing people. To assist lawful Search and Rescue agencies in locating missing persons by providing trained dogs and other resources; to provide immediate first aid to save lives; and to educate the public about Search and Rescue.
