Adirondack Rugby Inc
Considered one of the largest and best run rugby events in the world, the CanAm Rugby Tournament was created in 1974 by the Mountaineers Rugby Club. One of the largest rugby events in the world with 100+ teams playing in 12 divisions converging on the Adirondacks. Adirondack Rugby Inc. (ADK Rugby) was established to further the development of amateur rugby and, in particular, organize and run the CanAm Rugby Tournament and sponsor Rugby Union Football teams in the Saranac Lake area. With funds generated from the tournament we are sponsoring local men's and women's rugby teams, under 19 youth rugby teams and providing donations to local civic and youth activity organizations as well as scholarships to local students by way of their high school or local college.

Can-Am Rugby Tournament - Saranac Lake & Lake Placid, NY July 25 27 2025 Considered one of the largest and bestrun rugby events in the world the CanAm Tournament was created in 1973 by the Mountaineers Rugby Club and is proud to be celebrating its 51st year. The inaugural event was an eightteam affair that quickly doubled and has since mushroomed into a midsummer tradition with 110 teams converging on the Adirondacks. The CanAm committee is excited to bring you the 51st edition of CanAm Rugby in Saranac Lake. We look forward to having a great rugby weekend and returning you to the Adirondacks.
