Welcome to The International Forum on Business Ethical Conduct Who We Are The International Forum on Business Ethical Conduct IFBEC was created by member companies of the Aerospace Industries Association of America AIA and the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe ASD in 2010. It provides an opportunity to exchange information on best practices in the area of ethical business practices and global trends among industry participants. How to Join Companies wishing to join the IFBEC must submit a copy of their Code of Conduct and a Company Statement signed by your IFBEC representative. Companies seeking to join must also execute a letter that affirms the companys commitment to the Global Principles and mission of the IFBEC and also indicates the companys agreement to be bound by the IFBEC charter and pay applicable membership fees based on a tiered dues structure pertaining to the organizations annual revenue.
