Patients with severe CF may benefit from Trikafta. A study in Ohio revealed that treatment with Trikafta effectively improves lung function and nutrition status in adults and adolescents with CF, with particularly positive benefits for those with more severe lung disease. The researchers compared data from 115 patients from before to one year after initiation of treatment.
