Marital separation support group offering meetings, discussions, and events for separated and divorced adults in the DC metro area for 45 years. Help yourself by helping others--because an end is also a new beginning. New Beginnings, founded in 1979, deals strictly with issues pertaining to separation and divorce and improved relationships. As such, it is the only area organization open to people with or without children. Emphasis is on facilitated discussion meetings, supplemented by speakers and social events in a supportive environment of peers. New Beginnings believes that strong personal relationships are the foundation of a healthy and productive society.
