The mission of Thrive Scholars is to help high-achieving, low-income underrepresented students get into and graduate from top colleges equipped to achieve their full career potential.

Thrive Scholars
Thrive Scholars is a national nonprofit organization established to support high-achieving students of color from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, primarily focusing on Latino and Black students. Founded in 2002 in Los Angeles, California, the organization aims to address disparities in higher education access and economic mobility. Programs
Thrive Scholars operates a 6-Year Program designed to assist students from the moment they aim for college until they graduate. The program encompasses several key components:

Thrive Scholars has demonstrated significant success in achieving its goals. The organization reports that 89% of its scholars enroll in top colleges, with 91% of Latino scholars achieving a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Additionally, many graduates enter the workforce or pursue further education with starting salaries exceeding $67,500.
