Alice's Embrace Alices Embrace is a nonprofit organization devoted to providing handknit and handcrocheted prayer shawls and lap blankets to those suffering from Alzheimers disease. We also have given our gifts to patients on hospice in local hospice organizations providing them with peaceful comfort during their final days. Since 2014 we have given away thousands of gifts to wonderful people who are sadly facing the daily challenges of Alzheimers. Our devoted and talented volunteers have knit and crocheted the patterns that were created especially for Alices Embrace.
