Friends Of Jacksonville Animals FOJA turns 16 years old. Happy Sweet 16 FOJA. Sixteen years ago a group of shelter volunteers started Friends of Jacksonville Animals FOJA around Margie Yarboroughs dining table. With your ongoing support we have been able to help many animals in Duval County.
