Alma Taylor Foundation Our Mission is to enhance and educate our community by preserving the heritage and fostering the development of Historic Downtown Greensburg IN Alma Taylor Foundation The Downtown Greensburg Development Corporation dba The Alma Taylor Foundation ATF is an Indiana notforprofit corporation located in Greensburg Indiana. Since 2009 the Alma Taylor Foundation has awarded more than 476000 to enhance Greensburgs Historic Downtown District by distributing grant monies for projects that will protect and enhance commercial buildings in the Historic District. The downtown square is a vital part of the Greensburg community and the purpose of the ATF is to encourage and assist in the maintenance and improvement of commercial buildings located in the district. In order to fulfill this purpose the ATF administers a grant program wherein grant funds may be awarded for the maintenance and improvement of qualifying buildings.
