FURTHER, SHOOT FOR COOPER, INC., SHALL RAISE PROCEEDS IN MEMORY OF COOPER BEAUPRE TO SUPPORT, FOSTER AND FINANCIALLY ASSIST LOCAL STUDENTS WITH THE EXPENSES AND COSTS OF DAYCARE OR HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION.
