Helping Minnesotans repay their student loans. The Loan Repayment Assistance Program of Minnesota's mission is to ensure that low-income and disadvantaged populations have access to competent counsel. LRAP of MN works to achieve this mission by helping new attorneys who would like to enter into public interest law scale the barrier posed by high education debt and low salaries. In addition, LRAP works to enhance the quality of legal services delivered to these populations by permitting recipients to renew their assistance for up to fifteen years.
