JJ39s Ruff Roads became a 501c3 organization in 2015 and under the leadership of Top Dog Ramona Hartleben hundreds of dogs have been saved from the streets. WE DO NOT ACCEPT OWNER SURRENDERS. OUR INITIATIVES SEARCH AND RESCUE As a small organization we strive to reunite lost dogs with their owners and capture strays through a track and trap technique.
