ESR, Inc. supports adults with developmental disabilities and other special needs by helping them integrate into the larger community and gain meaningful employment. Effective July 1, 2018, Rise, Inc. entered into an arrangement with ESR to become the sole member of ESR. ESR remained a separate legal entity until December 31, 2018, when it consolidated into Rise, Inc.
