Second Hope Ministries - Transformation Changing Lives Second Hope Ministries Transformation Changing Lives Transformation Changing Lives Through discipleship teaching training and encouraging we minister to men whose lives and families have been destroyed and help them put the pieces back together by modeling the love of Jesus Christ. Main Content Who We Are We minister to incarcerated men whose families have often lost hope in them. We find solutions through various programs to transition these men back into society as productive members once they are released from prison. Ultimately we strive to restore these mens relationships with God and their families.
