MICS is a tuition-free K-12 charter school community committed to student-centered learning, high quality academics, and leadership growth. The foundation was created for the purpose of supporting Mountain Island Charter School by providing financial support and facilities. The foundation establishes and implements fundraising programs in support of the expansion and continuous improvement of the educational functions of the school.

The foundation owns the land buildings buses and other assets of our charter school. We are a volunteerrun foundation thus 100 of raised funds go directly to supporting the school and the foundation.
