This is the official Twitter account for the National Association for Continence (NAFC). We provide education and support around bladder and bowel health. BHealth is the official Facebook page for the National Association for Continence (NAFC), a non-profit providing education and support to those living with incontinence and other bladder and bowel-related conditions. The mission of NAFC is to be the leading source for public education and advocacy about the causes, prevention, diagnosis, treatments, and management alternatives for bladder and bowel dysfunction. Our key objectives are to destigmatize incontinence, promote preventive measures, motivate individuals to seek treatment, and provide collaborative advocacy and service for those who are affected by these problems. Our constituents are not just people who are dealing with incontinence (whether personally or as a caregiver), but real people with lives to live, places to go, errands to run, families to take care of.

Its not something you need to accept as you get older or an inevitable consequence of childbirth or surgery. Incontinence is a treatable medical condition whether you have occasional light wetness heavier bladder leakage bedwetting or bowel issues. No matter what type or degree of incontinence you might be experiencing help is available.
