SPONSORING THE DELAWARE WOMEN'S AMATEUR, JUNIOR AND SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS 2. EDUCATING THROUGH WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS 3. TO PROMOTE AND ENFORCE THE USGA RULES OF GOLF, THE USGA HANDICAP SYSTEM, AND TO DETERMINE AND ISSUE COURSE AND SLOPE RATINGS IN ACCORDANCE WITH USGA APPROVED PROCEDURES.
