Empower members to advocate lead and enhance the education health and social services provided to families by Head Start. WHO WE ARE WHAT WE DO Head Start and Early Head Start provide comprehensive child development programs for lowincome children from birth to age five and support and services for their families. Head Start programs primarily serve children aged three to five while Early Head Start serves pregnant women infants and toddlers. These programs offer comprehensive services including early education health screenings social and emotional health nutrition and social services for children with disabilities.
