Pastel Society of America | Headquartered at the National Arts Club, NYC Ellen Eagle 2024 Hall of Fame Honoree Ellen Eagle PSAMP began her studies at the High School of Music and Art in NYC and holds a BFA with Distinction in Drawing from California College of Arts and Crafts. She studied at the National Academy School of Fine Arts and the Art Students League withHarvey Dinnerstein PSAMP HFH NA and took workshops with Daniel Greene PSAMP HFH NA. An awardwinning artist Ellen has also received several grants and artist residencies. Ms.
