HRNK Attends Lunch Hosted by ROK Permanent Representative to the United Nations On Tuesday, May 20, 2025, HRNK President and CEO Greg Scarlatoiu gave a speech before the first-ever high-level plenary of the UN General Assembly (79th session) on North Korean human rights. Scarlatoiu's speech addressed the North Korean human rights-security nexus. Following the plenary, Scarlatoiu and HRNK Operations Associate Alexander Kim attended a lunch hosted by His Excellency Ambassador Hwang Joonkook, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations.
