THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL AND OUTREACH ASSISTANCE TO LOW-INCOME, NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING, ELDERLY OR DISABLED INDIVIDUALS OF THE COMMUNITY IN EFFORT TO HELP THESE INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES ACHIEVE SELF-SUFFCIENCY THROUGH COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS, AWARENESS AND EDUCATION, FINANCIAL LITERACY, AND ADVOCACY IN AN ATMOSPHERE OF RESPECT.
