The NonProfit FOSS Institute NPFI isa 501c3 organization that supports the development of customized free and open source software FOSS applications to fit the needs of individual nonprofits and other organizations. These applications are developed by collegelevel student teams working with an instructor. Partnering with a professional software company NPFI enables the deployment hosting and ongoing technical support for each of these applications. NPFIs unique approach thus contributes to the inventory of free software that is available for nonprofits and other organizations.
