Healthy Start Coalition of SWFL is a community-based nonprofit assisting pregnant women and babies who may be at risk for poor birth or developmental outcomes. Our mission is to increase healthy births and reduce the number of infant deaths. Established in 1992, Healthy Start Coalition of Southwest Florida, Inc. is a community-based 501c(3)organization that assists pregnant women and babies up to age 3 who are at-risk for poor birth or developmental outcomes. In Collier, Glades, Hendry and Lee County, we work to ensure these women and babies have access to medical care, receive pregnancy/infant/child education, provide evidence-based screenings for early intervention and can access other community services they need.
